How we engage with your business:
Initial Assessment
An initial discovery session with you and your team will allow us to show you the best solutions for your business. This is a free, no obligation, 1 hour session. We are now offering virtual or in-person sessions according to your preference.
Advice and Planning
You will have a proposal with different solution tiers where you can find options of implementation to match your IT budget. Solutions proposed are based on the results of the initial assessment.
Full Discovery
Once a proposal is signed, we will conduct a full discovery to ensure we are covering all business assets during our implementation. This includes all devices and core systems in your network.
System Design and Solution Overview
In this phase, we create a plan for deployment/integration and implementation based on the results from the last phase. You will also get a strategy for maintenance and growth.
Implementation and Deployment
We will implement the solution agreed upon at every one of your business locations. We make sure all systems are integrated and tested. All solutions deployed will follow our security high standards.
Normal Operation
You will have all new solutions implemented and running seamlessly with your business daily operations, with all systems documented. You and your staff will be trained on what was implemented. We will conduct post installation check-ups to ensure the health of your operations. We can also provide ongoing Managed Support via NOC (network operations center) and SOC (security operations center) should you chose to acquire these services.
Optimization
Your feedback is very important to us. We will constantly use it to ensure our solutions are meeting your business requirements. We utilize business process improvement techniques to identify opportunities for ongoing improvement. Your trust and peace of mind is what drives our business.
