What is the signature system?

The signature system is a methodology created by Abrisuite to develop design thinking projects. Instead of using the same methodology as all other companies, we want to focus on our customer needs.

With that in mind, we work with 3 pillars that are divided into other 3 steps each, resulting in 9 steps that need to be followed in order to implement successful design thinking projects.

⦁ The three pillars of the signature system

⦁ Imagination: This is the first pillar of the signature system. It is divided into steps: empathizing, conceiving, and defining.

⦁ Selection: This is the second pillar of the signature system. It is divided into steps: visioning, organizing, and assigning.

⦁ Conversion: This is the third pillar of the signature system. It is divided into steps: prototyping, stressing, and building.

How the signature system works

Our signature system is based on a before and after context. We focus on what your experience while implementing design thinking should be with and without design thinking.

⦁ 1st pillar: Imagination

It’s time to imagine how design thinking is going to be applied to your company according to your needs. Since this is an important phase, the signature system is already present.

In this first step, we focus on empathizing (you start to be heard), conceiving (we tend to be innovative and get out of the box), and defining (there are endless opportunities, instead of missed ones).

⦁ 2nd pillar: Selection

After the initial step, it is now time to select what is going to be done among all offered options.

In this second step, we focus on visioning (with clarity instead of confusion), organizing (with a strong structure), and assigning (who needs to do each activity, instead of how to do it).

⦁ 3rd pillar: Conversion

This is the final step, and that is why we want to bring it to a perfect end.

In this last step, we look at conversion – instead of false starts, we have a predictive process. We focus on prototyping (in a visible way), stressing (with certainty), and building (to multiply, not to subtract).
